Operational and production guidelines for Mainstage Esports events, broadcasts, and brand activations.
These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts and services provided by Mainstage Esports. By accepting a project quote or booking our esports event production agency, you agree to these operational terms. Our primary focus remains delivering world-class tournaments, live broadcasts, and brand activations.
All quotes for stage-production, broadcasting, or event operations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon approval, a formal scope of work will be established. Any modifications to the technical requirements, arena layouts, or scheduling may incur additional costs, which will be communicated promptly and directly.
During tournaments and brand activations, we may capture dramatic arena-production photography and video for quality assurance and our own portfolio. All specific broadcast rights, streaming keys, and partner sponsor deliverables will be executed strictly as defined in your approved project agreement.
While we guarantee professional-grade equipment and personnel for every live show, Mainstage Esports is not liable for stream interruptions caused by external venue internet failures, third-party power outages, or circumstances beyond our immediate control.
